LOS ANGELES, Calif. –Less than 48 hours after premiering her music video for “Hold It Against Me,” Britney Spears has released a 10-second snippet of her rumored second “Femme Fatale” single, “Inside Out.”
Dr. Luke, the song’s producer, initially posted the teaser on Twitter and the pop princess re-Tweeted the link on Friday.
While no additional details regarding the song were provided, Britney’s longtime manager, Larry Rudolph, said fans are “in for a real treat” with the next single.
“We have a second song that I think we’re gonna end up putting out before the album drops,” Larry told MTV News on Thursday. “I can’t say with 100 percent certainty, but I think we probably will… It is a monster. It really is.
“I don’t think I’ve been this excited about releasing a Britney single in many, many years — it’s that good,” Larry added. “I haven’t heard a final mix of it, but I should get it in the next day or two. So far, what I’ve heard is just extraordinary. It really is amazing.”
The 29-year-old superstar has been hitting the studio with the Black Eyed Peas’ Will.i.am and both artists seem to be thrilled with the collaboration.
“In the studio with @britneyspears today. we recorded another song for #femmefatale. that’s 2 bangers,” Will.i.am Tweeted on Thursday, along with a photo of himself with the “Circus” singer.
“@iamwill We make sweet sweet music….” Britney responded on Thursday.
